Simon Redlich appointed as interim CEO of ABC

ABC has announced today that Simon Redlich, its current Executive Director of Audit, Finance & ICT, has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of ABC and will take up the role from 1st January 2016. Jerry Wright, the current CEO, announced earlier this year that he was stepping down from the post, after more than seven years in the role.

During Wright's tenure, ABC transformed from a predominantly print based circulation auditor to develop multi-platform industry standards for brand measurement and verification of digital ad trading best practice.

Redlich was an integral part of the senior director team implementing these changes and has been at ABC for 10 years, leading a 60 strong team of auditors. He will build on the work done to date, with ABC now delivering both multi-platform publisher brand' measurement and pioneering work on brand safety and viewability in digital ad trading.

Sally Cartwright, Chairman of ABC since 2010 commented, I'm delighted that Simon Redlich will be the new ABC interim CEO. Simon has a wealth of experience at ABC and will provide much needed consistency and continuity as ABC continues to deliver to the evolving needs of the industry.
