Antenna 3 se ha impuesto en agosto como la cadena m s vista con un share del 12,1%. Como destaca Barlovento Comunicaci n en su informe mensual, Antena 3 desde enero 2017 no lideraba en solitario y en febrero de este a o registraba empate t cnico con Telecinco.
La cadena de Mediaset ha registrado en agosto un 11,9% (registra su m nimo mensual), mientras que La 1 de TVE obtuvo un 10%, las tem ticas de pago, un 8,3%; las auton micas un 8,3%; LaSexta, un 6,1%; Four, un 5,7%; FDF, un 3,1%; La 2, un 2,9%; y Neox, un 2,6%.
Las tres grandes cadenas (La 1, Telecinco y Antena 3) registran el 34,0% de cuota, -2,1 puntos en relaci n al mes pasado.
Por grupos empresariales, Mediaset Spain obtiene el liderazgo, con el 27,5% (baja -2,8 puntos). Atresmedia en segunda posici n logra el 26,5% (sube 0,5 puntos).
RTVE suma el 16,4% (baja -0,3 puntos); la FORTA consigue el 7,1% (repite resultado); Vocento el 3,2% (sube 0,2 puntos); y Editorial Unit el 3,0% (sube 0,5 puntos).
El conjunto de las auton micas promedia el 7,3% de cuota de pantalla, repitiendo resultado.

TV consumptionEl consumo totalizado de este mes es de 190 minutos por espectador y d a, lo que supone 16 minutos menos que en julio de este a o y 16 minutos menos que en agosto del a o pasado. Esto supone el mes de agosto de menor consumo de los ltimos ocho a os.
El desglose de consumo es de 185 min/d a lineal (donde est n incluidos el concepto invitados) 5 min/d a diferido. Los invitados (espectadores no residentes en el hogar) suponen el 5% del consumo total.
El 58,2% de los espa oles ha contactado diariamente este con el medio televisivo (25.952.000 individuos ve la televisi n de media diaria).
En el acumulado mensual el 91,4% de la poblaci n de 4 y m s a os de edad ha visto al menos un minuto la televisi n en este ltimo mes.
De los 44,6 millones de espectadores potenciales como universo de consumo, 3.849.000 de personas no han sintonizado ni un solo minuto con la televisi n en este ltimo mes.
En agosto del a o anterior los telef bicos, aquellos que no vieron ni un minuto de televisi n en dicho periodo, sumaron a 3,2 millones de espectadores.
