G tersloh - Arvato Systems and PwC Germany have combined their strengths to provide companies in various industries with a comprehensive offering for energy efficiency and environmental management. The services range from corporate analysis to the automation of business processes in an auditable quality.

Increasing relevance of sustainability aspects, rising prices for energy, growing regulatory pressure in the area of energy efficiency and the CSRD reporting obligation ensure that companies have to deal more with the topics of energy efficiency and environmental management. To help companies meet this challenge, Arvato Systems and PwC Germany have developed an innovative concept.

Our cooperation enables customers to improve their energy efficiency and environmental management and thus reduce their costs and operate more sustainably, says Frank Wolters, Manager Energy & Utilities Consulting at PwC Germany.

In doing so, they are combining the many years of experience of an IT specialist and an auditing and consulting firm, both of which have won awards in the field of sustainability and ESG services. For example, Arvato Systems has positioned itself as a leader in the ISG ranking Digital Business Enablement and ESG Services . The independent research firm Verdantix has recognized PwC as a global leader in Sustainability and ESG Business Services .

The basis for the offering is the analysis of the client company and the classification in a maturity model in order to develop a holistic sustainability strategy at company level. Based on this, Arvato Systems and PwC Germany offer the necessary interlocking solution modules from a single source. The offering includes, among other things, the planning and installation of the measurement technology as well as its systemic connection. In addition, Arvato Systems and PwC Germany offer the automation of the relevant business processes in an auditable quality. The cloud-based IoT environmental data platform green.screen enables the collection, monitoring, control and documentation of all environmental and climate-relevant parameters of a company. All of this is accompanied by higher-level project management.

The two companies are demonstrating what this can look like in practice at various industry meetings.

At the Hannover Messe from April 17 to 21 at the OWL joint stand in the special area focusing on sustainability, the focus was on the topic of strategic sustainability management for companies in the manufacturing industry.

At E-world 2023 from May 23 to 25 in Essen, the topics presented will include energy efficiency and IoT data management in the energy industry - including industry-neutral ESG reporting and sustainability management. You will find the PwC stand in Hall 2, Stand 2-415.

In the joint German speaking Webinar on April 28, the two companies will convey the technical basis and approach for CO2 balancing and show green.screen, Arvato Systems platform for strategic sustainability management, in a live demo.
