The Resurrected' Marks First Chinese-Language Series to Launch Netflix Profile Icons

Fans of The Resurrected have something new to celebrate - Netflix has just unveiled dedicated profile icons from the show, a first for a Chinese-language title on the platform.
Since premiering on October 9, The Resurrected has remained in the Top 10 non-English series lists across APAC, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. In the week of October 13, the series also claimed the No. 1 spot in the weekly non-English series ranking in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
As The Resurrected continues to spark conversations and captivate audiences around the world, Netflix is giving fans a new way to show their love for the series - by letting them choose their favorite character as their personal profile icon. Available on website, mobile, and TV devices, the new profile icons will roll out globally, allowing viewers to showcase their love for the series and express their individuality through a touch of dark, mysterious flair.
Profiles are at the heart of the Netflix experience, allowing every member to enjoy a journey that is uniquely their own. By watching on a personalized profile, viewers receive tailored recommendations for films and series. In addition, Netflix has released a brand-new behind-the-scenes featurette from the series, offering a glimpse into its thrilling action sequences and immersive production design. From the haunting opening resurrection ritual to the characters' intense confrontations, the featurette reveals how the creative team brought this large-scale cross-border mystery thriller to life.

Synopsis: Set in the fictional city of Benkha, The Resurrected centers on two mothers united by hatred, seeking revenge for their daughters caught in a fraud and kidnapping case. With help from a mysterious goddess, they revive the deceased ringleader of the fraud scheme to punish him. Yet, despite inflicting relentless pain, their fury remains unquenched.
