Hackerville, die Koproduktion zwischen TNT Serie und HBO Europe, erh lt einen Grimme-Preis im Wettbewerbsbereich Fiktion . Geehrt werden J rg Winger und Johnathan Young als Stellvertreter f r den Writers Room, die beiden Regisseure Igor Coblieanski und Anca Miruna Lazarescu, die Hauptdarsteller Anna Schumacher und Andi Vasluianu sowie Silent Strike (Ioan Titu) f r die Musik. Die Preisverleihung am 5. April in Marl wird von Dunja Hayali moderiert und ist ab 22:25 Uhr auf 3sat zu sehen.
In ihrer Begr ndung schreibt die Jury: [ ] Vor allem aber ist Hackerville preisw rdig im Sinne des Grimme-Preises, denn es zeigt ein Osteuropa jenseits der Klischees von Armutsmigration und R ckst ndigkeit. Es beseitigt diese Klischees nicht mit den Mitteln der Didaktik, sondern mit denen des Unterhaltungsfernsehens. Die Serie stellt auch Fragen nach Zugeh rigkeit, Identit t, Heimat. Aber es stellt sie f r eine digital weltweit vernetzte Gesellschaft, nicht vor dem Hintergrund rivalisierender Nationalit ten. Es sind Fragen aus Sicht einer heutigen Generation, die l ngst Zugang zur westlichen Welt hat und doch eine moderne osteurop ische Identit t besitzt. .

Hackerville ist f r mich ein sch nes Beispiel daf r, wie inspirierend und produktiv die Auseinandersetzung mit anderen Kulturen in kreativen Prozessen ist. Diese deutsch-rum nisch-englische Kollaboration setzt die europ ische Idee der Einheit in Vielfalt erfolgreich in Szene. Umso mehr freue ich mich, dass diese besondere Zusammenarbeit jetzt mit dem Grimme-Preis ausgezeichnet wird, so J rg Winger, UFA Fiction.
Das Cybercrime-Drama Hackerville wurde ab 8. November 2018 auf TNT Serie, dem Seriensender von Turner Deutschland, erstausgestrahlt. Seine Weltpremiere feierte die Serie bereits im September letzten Jahres auf dem 14. Z rich Film Festival. Alle sechs Episoden sind in den Mediatheken von Unitymedia (bis 30. April) Vodafone (bis 31. Mai) sowie Sky (bis 22. August) auf Abruf verf gbar.
Zu Hackerville:
Als das Bundeskriminalamt einen Hackerangriff auf eine Gro bank nach Timi oara verfolgen kann, entsendet es die Spezialistin f r Internetkriminalit t, Lisa Metz (Anna Schumacher), in die rum nische Stadt, in der auch ihre Wurzeln liegen. Vor Ort soll sie mit dem Polizisten Adam Sandor (Andi Vasluianu) und dessen Team zusammenarbeiten, doch der sieht seine eigenen Ermittlungen durch Lisas Ankunft gef hrdet. Zudem wird die Beamtin dort nicht nur mit dem Chaos des modernen Rum nien konfrontiert, sondern auch mit ihrer eigenen Familiengeschichte. Als Lisa und Sandor jedoch auf den Ausnahmeprogrammierer Dark Mole (Voicu Dumitras) treffen, entwickelt sich aus anf nglichem Misstrauen bald eine gegenseitige Abh ngigkeit zwischen den dreien.
Entwickelt von J rg Winger und Ralph Martin (beide Deutschland 83/86), wurde Hackerville von Cristian Mungiu und Tudor Reu von Mobra Film (4 Monate, 3 Wochen und 2 Tage) produziert. Als Executive Producer fungierten unter anderem Johnathan Young (Wataha) von HBO Europe, J rg Winger von UFA Fiction sowie Anke Greifeneder (4 Blocks) von TNT Serie, Alina David und Silvia Popescu sind Producer von HBO Europe. Die B cher stammen von Lauren iu Rusescu (Good Guys), Daniel Sandu (One Step Behind the Seraphim), Ralph Martin (Deutschland 83) und Steve Bailie (Deutschland 83), Regie f hrten Igor Cobileanski (Umbre) und Anca Miruna Lazarescu (Die Reise mit Vater).
