Techtel Completes Custom Installation of Forecast GCX Continuum Consoles for Kingdomcity

Sydney, Australia - 10 February 2025 - Techtel, a leading broadcast technology systems specialist, is proud to announce the successful custom build, supply, and installation of two Forecast GCX Continuum Consoles Desks for Kingdomcity, a dynamic and rapidly expanding global church. The installation, completed in late October, signifies a high-value collaboration between Techtel, Kingdomcity, and Forecast, demonstrating cutting-edge broadcast solutions tailored to specific client needs.

The GCX Continuum Console Desks represent the perfect blend of functionality and customisation. Designed to support advanced command and control environments, these multifunctional desks are equipped with turrets for equipment mounting, rail mounted fully articulating arm, and robust cable management features. Their modular design allows for seamless integration into diverse configurations, enabling future expansion and adaptability.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the passionate team at Kingdomcity who were really attentive to make sure that their operators were going to be comfortable with all of their needs at their fingertips, said Tom Nunn, Business Development Manager, Techtel. The Forecast GCX Continuum Consoles are not just highly functional; they embody the innovative engineering needed to support Kingdomcity's dynamic and growing operations.

Forecast's legacy in precision-built console furniture and equipment integration made them the ideal partner for this project. The GCX Continuum Consoles' ability to combine modular design with bespoke configurations ensures they are future-ready, scalable, and perfectly aligned with Kingdomcity's ambitious vision.

From concave or convex curves to free-form shapes, the GCX Continuum Console is highly customisable, offering unparalleled versatility. Its features, such as integrated power distribution, concealed wiring, and modular accessory support, ensure seamless workflow integration while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.

The journey to delivery was not without its challenges. The first order of customised consoles was mistakenly shipped to India due to an error by the freight company. However, Forecast demonstrated exceptional commitment and customer service by prioritising the production of replacement consoles. In less than a week, Forecast had new consoles built and shipped, ensuring they reached Kingdomcity within weeks and in time for their scheduled use.

Techtel's role extended beyond delivery, involving end-to-end project management and installation to ensure a flawless result. This large-scale order further solidifies Techtel's reputation as the trusted partner for tailored broadcast technology solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
