The National Film and Video Foundation call for Markets and Festival funding.

27 September 2016: The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), an agency of the Department of Arts and Culture is pleased to announce the call for Markets and Festivals funding.

The NFVF calls for applications for the following areas of funding:

Call 1

Festivals: International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA)

Festival date: 16th 27th November 2016

African International Film Festival (AFRIFF)

Festival date: 13th - 20th November 2016

The call includes any other festival that place between 13 November 29 December 2016

Opening date for applications: 28 September 2016

Closing date: 3 October 2016

Call 2

Festival: Rotterdam International Film Festival

Festival date: 25 January - 5 February 2017

Berlin International Film Festival

Festival date: 9 19 February 2017

Rio Content Market

Festival date: 8 10 March 2017

Open date for applications: 18 October 2016

Closing date: 7 November 2016
