Popular actor Musa Ngema, who's known for his role as Mazwi Moroka has exited Generations: The Legacy after nine years on the SABC1 soapie.

ACTOR MUSA NGEMA: WHAT A JOURNEY' The former Generations: The Legacy actor Musa Ngema took to his social media accounts to thank production for the opportunity and fans for their support in his acting journey as Mazwi Moroka.
What a journey! I am grateful for all the memories created and shared with the cast, crew, and, importantly, the viewers over the last few years , tweeted Ngema.

Zimoja revealed he was fired because of strained relationships with fellow actors and other crew members. Troubles started when he was told to work on his pronunciation and stop stuttering when talking. He was offended and allegedly started having a bad attitude, added the publication.

GENERATIONS: THE LEGACY CONFIRM' DEPARTURE Sunday World reports that the SABC 1 soapie Generations: The Legacy and Morula Pictures have bid farewell to Musa Ngema who played Mazwi Moroka.

The soapie confirmed his departure and said his contract came to an end in March 2023 and his character got killed last week.
Over the years Musa has been given many story challenges that have allowed him to showcase his talent as an actor. He has done a fantastic job of portraying the character, and we are grateful for his dedication and commitment to the role and we thank him for his contribution and wish him well, reads the statement.
Actors Connie Ferguson and Rapulana Seiphemo, who play Karabo Moroka and Tau Mogale returned this week to bury Mazwi Moroka.
The soapie Generations: The Legacy confirmed Karabo and Tau Mogale's return in a statement to TshisaLIVE:
Viewers can expect all the class, charm and poise that these two have brought to the roles of Tau and Karabo.
It promises to be an epic month, with the drama of the show demanding the intervention of two important characters. As part of the larger Generations: The Legacy family, we can assure viewers that this is by no means [the] last or least that we'll see of the two.
The cast and crew of the show paid their respects to her and expressed their gratitude for her professionalism, humility and grace. Mr Mfundi Vundla was also present to personally thank Connie for her immense contribution to the success of Generations: The Legacy.
