Innovations-Grand-Prix-Erfolg f r Schaeffler Hybridmodul
Auf der Automotive-Aftermarket-Messe EQUIP AUTO in Paris erhielt Schaeffler in der Kategorie OEM - Neue Technologien den Internationalen Grands Prix f r Automotive Innovationen. Das neu entwickelte Hochvolt-P2-Hybridmodul hat die Jury bestehend aus internationalen Automobil-Fachjournalisten berzeugt. P2 steht dabei f r die Anordnung des bis zu 800 Nm abgebenden Hybridmoduls zwischen Verbrennungsmotor und Getriebe. Den Preis nahm Guillaume Donet, Marketing & Strategic Planning Manager Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket, entgegen.
Mit dem neuen Schaeffler P2-Hybridmodul l sst sich der Antriebsstrangs effizient elektrifizieren. Dabei l sst sich das Hybridmodul - je nach Kundenwunsch und Anforderung modular an eine Vielzahl von Antriebskonzepten anpassen. Es besteht aus einer automatisierten Trennkupplung und der elektrischen Maschine. Die Trennkupplung wird von einem elektromechanischen Zentralausr cker bet tigt, der ber einen Kugelgewindetrieb die Kupplung direkt mechanisch ohne hydraulische bertragungsstrecke bet tigt. Somit wird au erhalb des Moduls kein Bauraum f r die Aktorik ben tigt. Um eine effiziente bertragung von Drehmomenten bis 800 Nm bei gleichzeitig kompaktem Kupplungslayout sicher zu stellen wird das Drehmoment in Abh ngigkeit seiner Richtung gef hrt: Zur bertragung der Zugmomente in Richtung Getriebe und e-Maschine kommt ein Freilauf zum Einsatz, w hrend Drehmomente in Richtung des Verbrennungsmotors ber die Kupplung gef hrt werden. So kann die Kupplung trotz hoher Drehmomente schlank dimensioniert werden. Das bietet Vorteile in puncto Bauraum und Kosten.
Der Freilauf bringt noch weitere Pluspunkte. Denn f r die Ankopplung des Verbrennungsmotors ist w hrend seines Hochlaufs normalerweise ein komplizierter Regelvorgang erforderlich, der Verbrennungsmotor, Trennkupplung, elektrische Maschine und Getriebe umfasst. Der Freilauf hingegen erm glicht die sofortige mechanische Ankopplung des Verbrennungsmotors, sobald die Drehzahlen von Verbrennungs- und Elektromotor zusammen passen. So erfolgt der Einregelvorgang weitaus verk rzt. Der Fahrer nimmt die Anbindung des Verbrennungsmotors deutlich dynamischer wahr. Zugleich bietet das Schaeffler Hybridmodul dem Fahrer aufgrund der in der Startphase getriebeseitig im Schlupf betriebenen Kupplung ein gestiegenes Ma an Komfort. Wenn bei der Rekuperation zur R ckgewinnung elektrischer Energie die E-Maschine als Generator l uft, bertr gt der Freilauf keine Momente mehr. Die Kupplung ist offen, so dass der Verbrennungsmotor nicht mitgeschleppt werden muss.
Hohe Effizienz zeigt das Hybridmodul auch bei einer weiteren Funktion: Der aktiven Schwingungstilgung von Drehungleichf rmigkeiten im Antriebsstrang. Durch die Optimierung des D mpfers in Verbindung mit der aktiven Schwingungstilgung im unteren Drehzahlbereich und einem Mikroschlupf der Kupplung ab ca. 1.500 min-1 wird ein Optimum an Komfort bei gleichzeitig reduziertem Bauraum erreicht.
Die erste Serienanwendung des neuen Hybridmoduls erfolgt Anfang 2017 in China in einer Version ohne Freilauf f r Verbrennungsmotormomente bis 250 Nm. Aufgrund einer deutlich h heren elektrischen Leistung von 80 kW erm glicht das Hybridmodul den Einsatz als Plug-in-Hybrid und damit Verbrauchsvorteile von bis zu 75 Prozent gegen ber vergleichbaren Fahrzeugen mit Verbrennungsmotor. Dies ist wichtig, weil die gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu Verbrauch und Emissionen in China mittlerweile auch Mindestreichweiten f r den rein elektrischen Betrieb umfassen. Plug-in-Hybridfahrzeuge k nnen diese Vorgaben nur erf llen, wenn der Elektromotor die daf r erforderliche Leistung bereitstellt. Dadurch k nnen Fahrzeuge auch im mittleren Leistungsbereich vorrangig elektrisch fahren - so etwa auch bei der Beschleunigung nach einem Ampelstart oder bei berlandfahrten.
Der Elektromotor des Hybridmoduls arbeitet mit einem Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 96 Prozent. Davon profitiert das System gleich doppelt: Sowohl bei der Bremsenergie-R ckgewinnung als auch beim elektrischen Fahren. Auf diese Weise kann der Akku bei gleicher Reichweite kleiner ausgelegt werden. Das spart Bauraum, Gewicht und Kosten.
Mit seiner hohen Variabilit t und dem u erst breiten Drehmomentbereich kann die neue Generation des P2-Hybridmoduls von Schaeffler sowohl in mittleren, als auch in sehr leistungsstarken Antriebskonzepten zum Einsatz kommen und wesentlich dazu beitragen, Verbrauch und Emissionen von Plug-in-Hybridfahrzeugen weiter zu senken.
