SVG Continues Expansion of Editorial Services With Launch of Daily Newsletter By SVG Staff

As part of SVG's continuing efforts to inform and educate the sports-video-production community, we are proud to announce that, as of today, the SVG Newsletter is going daily. We realize how busy our readers are, and so the redesigned and streamlined SVG newsletter aims to make our content more easily digestible and topical on a daily basis.

The relaunch is part of our continued multiplatform expansion to better serve the global SVG community as media-consumption habits evolve. These efforts include a redesigned SVG News page on SportsVideo.org, increased social media presence, the ever growing SVG Mobile app, more SVG On Demand video content than ever, the recently launched SVG Podcast, our trio of annual SVG print publications, and more.

SVG's new daily newsletter will comprise the thrice-weekly SVG Insider (featuring news of the day ) and a mix of themed newsletters addressing specific market sectors:

Monday: SVG Digital Now

Tuesday: SVG Insider

Wednesday: SVG Insider

Thursday: Rotating monthly editions of SVG College Monthly, SVG Venue Monthly, and SVG SportSound (and SVG Insider on remaining Thursdays)

Friday: SVG Insider

We believe the new daily newsletter - with less content per edition but on a more frequent basis - offers our readers more-topical and easily digestible content. We've also worked to declutter the layout for a cleaner product - on whatever device you may be reading it.

However, the newsletter is just one outlet we use to reach you. The SVG community is closely connected and deeply engaged, and it's our mission to bring the best in-depth reporting to whatever platform and in whatever form you prefer.

Sports-video production is a scrappers' industry, and we know how hard our members work night after night, day after day. So whether you are one of the nearly 10,000 who follow us across our various social-media accounts, one of the nearly 3,000 listeners who have joined us in the early days of The SVG Podcast, or among the nearly 70,000 views we have registered on our YouTube/SVG On Demand channel, we are here to serve you.
