dcinex opens a new branch in Ukraine

dcinex, the leading pan-European provider of fully integrated solutions for cinema operations today announces that it will open dcinex Ukraine LLC. dcinex SA and Mr Alex Kolesnichenko will respectively own 95% and 5% of dcinex Ukraine LLC.

Initially, the company will offer dcinex Exhibitor range of Services. Namely: Cinema equipment sales, installation, monitoring and maintenance as well as remote and on-site support.

The subsidiary will be led by Mr. Alex Kolesnichenko, General Manager and Director of dcinex Ukraine LLC. Mr Kolesnichenko has been active in the cinema industry for more than 4 years. I am very proud to join the dcinex Group. I am convinced that their expertise in technical support and the exceptional knowledge gathered during the large-scale d-cinema roll-out across Europe will be highly beneficial to the Ukrainian Cinema operators.
