ProSiebenSat.1 Channels Launch on New Satellite Platform Diveo

ProSiebenSat.1 and operator M7 conclude long-term distribution agreement

Agreement includes the distribution of free and pay TV stations and non-linear services

Unterf hring/Luxembourg, February 14, 2018 - ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and the platform operator M7 have concluded a long-term distribution agreement. ProSiebenSat.1 Group's free TV and pay TV channels will therefore be available on the new satellite platform Diveo right from the start.

The agreement allows customers of the new direct-to-home platform Diveo to receive the free TV channels ProSieben, Sat.1, kabel eins, sixx, SAT.1 Gold and ProSieben MAXX in HD quality via satellite. The three pay TV channels ProSieben FUN HD, SAT.1 emotions and kabel eins CLASSICS are also distributed via Diveo.

In addition, the agreement includes innovative services such as instant restart and the ability to record shows in the cloud (NPVR). Moreover, customers will also be able to watch ProSiebenSat.1 Group content on demand in the future. This is made possible by M7's new, hybrid satellite- and IP-based consumer offering.
