Park City, UT - Sundance Institute's Local Lens program, which offers members of the Utah community access to free screenings and events year-round, has announced three additional summer screenings of films from the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, all taking place in Park City.
The first Park City screening in July will be The Janes, an incredibly timely story demonstrating how the fight for safe and legal abortions was, and continues to be, an uncertain and perilous undertaking. Directors Tia Lessin and Emma Pildes will attend for an introduction and post-screening Q&A, along with a special guest.
In August, Sundance Institute is partnering with Park City Film to host screenings of 2nd Chance and Emily the Criminal at Twilight Drive-in at Olympic Park.
Please see below for more information and the schedule of events:

Emily soon finds herself seduced by the quick cash and illicit thrills of black-market capitalism, and increasingly interested in her mentor Youcef. Together, they hatch a plan to bring their business to the next level in Los Angeles. Cast: Aubrey Plaza, Theo Rossi, Megalyn Echikunwoke, Gina Gershon.
