Administrative examination and approval simplified in Haishu District

According to Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Haishu District, Haishu District takes the lead in simplifying some parts of the administrative examination and approval. People dont have to go out to handle affairs in the hot days.

There are six administrative examination and approval in Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Haishu District, including special working hours system approval, job-introduction agencies approval, permit of foreign experts working in China, permit of labor dispatching, permit of employing foreign experts in educational institutions below secondary level and permit of establishing non-governmental vocational training organizations. Since early 2015, the Bureau has made great efforts to simply administrative examination and approval under the requirement of "least examination and approval, fast and best service".

Recently, the Bureau launched smart mode of examination and approval. "We can the finish the work within 3 days which needs 20 prescribed days before." a worker from the Bureau said. By making full use of the Haishu platform in Zhejiang Government Affairs network, the Bureau guides people to make online declaration, establishes a sound internal working mechanism by detailing the process of examination and approval, and achieves online examination and approval entirely. When dealing with the affairs, the Bureau guides people to register and make declaration online first. Facing all kinds of declaration texts, the Bureau takes the mode of "trust first, on-site check second". They allow the users to submit scanning and electronic documents online first. Then they go to the users' homes to check and fetch the document after on-site checking and expert evaluation. Besides, they provide free delivery of the approval result.
