Cinco top engineers de Gran Breta a, procedentes de diferentes multinacionales y expertos en la 4K-Ultra Alta Definici n (UHD) y el HDR, participar n como speakers en la 4K Summit, poniendo un fuerte acento british a esta cumbre internacional que tendr lugar los d as 10 y 11 de noviembre en Sevilla. y que cuenta con Panorama Audiovisual como Main Media Partner.

La multinacional estadounidense Dolby ha decidido enviar a Jason Power, un premio Emmy, para ser su representante en la 4K Summit'16. Jason Power ha trabajado antes para la EBU y DVB, y en 2006 gan para Dolby un premio Emmy por su contribuci n a la integraci n del sonido sensurround en la televisi n. Adem s, Dolby traer a su workshop lo ltimo que ha presentado hace unas semanas en el IBC de Amsterdam. En su workshop har una demostraci n con 3 monitores comparando side by side las curvas HLG, PQ y Dolby Vision. Tambi n mostrar en otros 2 monitores c mo una se al filmada en SDR se ve en HDR, y viceversa.
Sony ha elegido a Peter Sykes, su director de desarrollo estrat gico en Europa, como su representante en la 4K Summit'16. Peter Sykes es uno de los conferenciantes m s relevantes sobre UHD del MipCom'16, que se celebra estos d as en Cannes (Francia), la mayor feria de Contenidos a nivel mundial, con m s de 15.000 asistentes. Sony tambi n montar en la 4KSummit'16 un taller para mostrar sus ltimas novedades.
Por su parte, la multinacional sueca Ericsson ha comisionado a su ingeniero Mark Horton. Horton es el director de Estrategia, Codificaci n y Compresi n de Ericsson y es reconocido por sus charlas y conferencias sobre HDR. Mark Horton es uno de los grandes expertos a nivel mundial sobre la UHD y sus conferencias son muy solicitadas en todos los foros. Adem s, en una keynote el viernes 11, Mark Horton presentar los objetivos principales del Forum mundial de la Ultra Alta Definici n, al que representar en la 4KSummit'16.
En cuanto a la alemana Rohde & Schwarz ha encargado a un top ingeniero brit nico, David Smith, la presentaci n de sus ltimos avances en la Ultra Alta Definici n (UHD) y, especialmente, en el HDR, los workflows 4K y los encoders HEVC. Rohde&Schwarz tendr en la 4KSummit'16 un taller para mostrar sus ltimos productos.
Y, por ltimo, la finlandesa Nokia ha decidido que sea otro ingeniero ingl s, Benjamin Niven-Jenkins, que es su jefe-arquitecto de Video, quien les represente en la 4KSummit'16. Ben Niven-Jenkins antes trabaj para British Telecom como responsable de video, y ahora es responsable del programa Cloud DVR. Es experto en temas de inserci n publicitaria y video personalizado. Adem s, Nokia montar una demo de UHD y VR en la Summit y acudir a Sevilla con un equipo de 12 ingenieros.
Contar con estos speakers en la 4K Summit'16 cumple uno de los objetivos de esta cumbre internacional: reunir durante dos d as a los mejores conferenciantes a nivel mundial sobre tecnolog a y contenidos de la Ultra Alta Definici n (UHD).
