A QUIN TE LLEVARAS A UNA ISLA DESIERTA? NEW NETFLIX SPANISH ORIGINAL FILM COMING TO NETFLIX IN 2019

Madrid, Spain.- Netflix, the worlds leading internet TV network, continues investing heavily in Spanish content with the production of A qui n te llevar as a una isla desierta?, which will be shot entirely in Madrid.

Directed by Jota Linares (Ratas, Animales sin collar), written by Jota Linares and Paco Anaya and produced by Beatriz Bodegas from La Canica Films (La vida inesperada, Tarde para la ira), A qui n te llevar as a una isla desierta? is the adaptation of the acclaimed homonymous play written by both Paco Anaya and Jota Linares in 2012.

Mar a Pedraza ( lite, La casa de papel), Jaime Lorente ( lite , La casa de papel), Pol Monen (Amar, Tu hijo) and Andrea Ros ([REC] 2 , La fria luz del d a) play Marta, Marcos, Eze and Celeste, four best friends that have been living in their own universe during the eight years they shared a flat in Madrid. Before the end of the summer they will need to face their own future. A qui n te llevar as a una isla desierta? Is a generational story and their dreams, successes and failures, their fifteen minutes of fame and the day everything changes forever.

Jota Linares said, A qui n te llevar as a una isla desierta? is a love-hate letter to my generation. It is a dramatic comedy about young people who need to know and understand what they have become. A much needed generational story that talks about youth without forgetting those that already left it behind.
