Live Media Group Holdings to Acquire Sure Shot Teleproductions & TL Mobile Television posted: 20/08/2015
Live Media Group Holdings Established as Parent Company to Live Media Group, Live Mobile Group and the revolutionary technology, nowlive
Live Media Group Holdings announced that it has finalized definitive agreements to acquire Sure Shot Teleproductions and TL Mobile Television. Financial terms were not disclosed surrounding these acquisitions. Both transactions add over 20 employees and eleven HD Production and satellite trucks to Live Media Group Holdings existing operations and client base - firmly establishing Live Mobile Group as one of the top HD mobile unit providers servicing mid-level markets in the US.
The formation of Live Media Group Holdings was also announced today, established as the parent company to three distinct, yet highly complementary lines of business. Live Media Group Holdings consists of:
Live Media Group: An experienced team providing truly turnkey production services for a number of live entertainment, concerts, music festivals, gaming and sporting events, from concept through production, to delivery to the consumer.
Live Mobile Group: A leading provider of mid-size HD production/uplink combination mobile units, supporting client needs in multiple mediums and across every industry, including sports, entertainment and music. Live Mobile Group also serves the current needs of Live Media Group.
nowlive : A proprietary interactive video platform accessible on all screens and devices, and provided as a revolutionary, multi-channel, user controlled viewing platform to Live Media Groups clients.
Live Mobile Group is the only mobile broadcast truck operator providing full production equipment support, production management and execution as well as a proprietary video player platform for all devices. The broadcast industry has changed so rapidly in the past couple of years and we are filling the direct needs of our clients requests by not only providing specialized mobile units, but we have built the best-in-class production division as well as a technology that rivals any video platform in the world, said Brad Sexton, President and CEO of Live Media Group Holdings.
Live Media Group is producing live broadcast events every single day, sometimes multiple events per day. To support the volume of production execution and to ensure quality and dependability for clients, they purchased and rebuilt three production trucks in 2014 and identified acquisition targets to support continued growth. Both Sure Shot Teleproductions and TL Mobile Television have built strong mobile businesses over many years. These acquisitions expand our production capabilities and further establish Live Mobile Group as a leading supplier of mid-level production trucks and equipment, a growing area of opportunity in our industry, added Tom McCracken, Chairman of the Board of Live Media Group Holdings.
Sure Shot Teleproductions, based in New Middletown, OH, brings ten vehicles, most notably six HD combination production/transmission trucks that are well suited for mid-level live events. TL Mobile Television, based in Springfield, MO, has a 51-foot HD expando unit with a Grass Valley Kayenne production switcher, making it suitable for larger production needs. Its all about providing quality service to our clients and meeting their production needs. Live Media Group understands that.
