Former Muvhango actor Lesley Musina, actress Refilwe Modiselle, Gcina Nkosi, and more Mzansi actors have joined a new drama series The Executives which will air on SABC1, this Sunday (7 August).

MORE STARS JOIN THE EXECUTIVES' Media personalities Refilwe Modiselle and Lesley Musina took to their social media accounts this week to announce they've joined SABC1's Sunday night drama series The Executives. They will be joined by actors Bonginkosi Khumalo, Camilla Waldman, Pamela Zulu, and more stars.

Modiselle and Musina shared on social media:

God is doing a new thing, what perfect timing to kick-start this very month. Proud to be a part of this stellar cast and production, she wrote.

#TheExecutives takes us into the world of a powerful and successful Chief Magistrate Bonginkosi Khumalo played by @LesleyMusina who is on the verge of being appointed the next Concourt Judge of Ilanga Province. Starts this Sunday the 7th of August 2022 at 19:30 #SABC1 on lock @mzansi_fosho

According to Sunday World, the new drama series centres on a powerful and successful Chief Magistrate, Bonginkosi Khumalo, played by Lesley Musina, and will air every Sunday at 7.30 pm from 7 August.

Pamela Zulu plays the role of Nobantu, Bonginkosi's wife, Zweli Hadjie plays their son PJ, and Gcina Nkosi and Camilla Waldman, play Bonginkosi's two mothers, Thandiwe and Ruth.

LESLEY MUSINA'S PREVIOUS ROLES TV personality and actor Lesley Musina is famously known for his role as Ndalamo Mukwevho in Muvhango and his presenting gig in SABC2's TV show Speak Out.

Musina was a presenter in Speak Out for three seasons and recently appeared in Muvhango for the show's 25 anniversary.

He's also appeared in Tshisa, Zabalaza, Generations, Instersextions, Omen, Family Secrets, and many more.

The Venda-Sotho-speaking actor is also a voice artist and boxing commentator best known as the commentator for the Premier Boxing League on e.tv according to TVSA.
