The Art & Science of Beer earned Bronze for Branded Content, Not-for-profit. The D4D was responsible for the concept and execution of the multi-episode series known as the Onward California, which received the Telly Award for Branded Content Campaign, Promotional/Branding. The compelling series features over 30 episodes, including A Universal Language and The Art & Science of Beer, and was directed by The D4D creative director Matt Checkowski.
The Telly Awards honors outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, the finest video and film productions, and online commercials, video and films. Winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world. A judging panel of over 500 accomplished industry professionals, each a past winner of a Silver Telly and a member of The Silver Telly Council, judges the competition, evaluates entries to recognize individual distinction in creative work.
