Azad Ayub sponsors tve's Protecting the Environment Award

Azad Ayub, founder and managing director of award-winning property management company Azad Ayub Ltd, is sponsoring this year's Protecting the environment award at the tve Global Sustainability Film Awards together with Fastflow Group.

Sustainability and equality are central to our company's values, and we are particularly delighted to sponsor this year's Protecting the environment award,' says Azad, who won the biennial Best Green Landlord award for the third time in 2016. Being a Green Landlord is something we have taken a special interest in - the latest thing we have done is install solar panels on our properties so that the energy costs and emissions are minimised.'

Since starting operations in 1980, Azad and his company have won numerous awards for their commitment to green issues and staff training and development. Our longevity in the sector enables us to provide continuity to our tenants, landlords and staff,' says Azad. The tve Global Sustainability Film Awards are organised annually by the charity tve. The film competition recognises companies and institutions whose films most powerfully portray solutions for sustainability. This year's competition has attracted 42 entries. For the third year running we are focusing on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which set ambitious targets for world development: eradicating poverty and hunger; ensuring good health, quality education and gender equality; and setting targets for affordable and clean energy, climate action and responsible consumption and production.
