IT specialists, Arvato Systems again named as TOP Employer 2018', demonstrating yet again that the Bertelsmann subsidiary is a leader in personnel strategy and development.

The Top Employers Institutes employs an internationally standardized certification process for the analysis and evaluation of personnel management standards in areas such as talent strategy, personnel planning, training and development, executive development, career and succession planning as well as corporate culture. The award depends on meeting an extensive catalog of requirements. Responses provided by participating companies are evaluated through an independent audit. Evaluation criteria are adjusted on an annual basis to ensure the highest HR standards.
