Industrie 4.0: Mit intelligenten W lzlagerl sungen vom Produkt zur Dienstleistung
Mit intelligenten Lagerl sungen k nnen wichtige Betriebszust nde einer Maschine, einer Anlage oder eines Produktes erfassen und der Steuerung zur Verf gung gestellt werden. Damit spielt Schaeffler als W lzlagerhersteller mit seinen Produkten eine zentrale Rolle auf dem Weg zu Industrie 4.0. Da die Lager F hrungs- und Positionieraufgaben bernehmen, sowie Kr fte und Bewegungen bertragen, sind viele Ver nderungen im Fertigungsprozess oder in Produkten gerade an den Lagern detektierbar. Dazu kommen Ver nderungen in den Lagern in Form von Verschlei und Schmierzustand. K nnen also neben Condition-Monitoring-Daten (Schmierzustand, Verschlei partikeln, der Temperatur, Schwingungen, Frequenzen) auch Kr fte, Drehmomente und Drehzahlen pr zise gemessen werden, so erm glichen die gewonnenen Daten ein virtuelles und pr zises Abbild des Maschinenzustandes, der meisten Prozesse (Prozess Monitoring) aber auch des Produktzustandes.
Digitalisierung und IT legen den Grundstein f r die umfassende Vernetzung von Entwicklung, Produktion, Produkten und Instandhaltung, so der Plan von Industrie 4.0. Das Ziel: niedrigere Produktionskosten, k rzere Entwicklungszeiten, kleinere Losgr en. Die gro e Vision ist, dass sich die Produktion selbst organisiert, die Produkte jederzeit wissen, wo sie sich im Produktionsdurchlauf befinden und Maschinen selbstst ndig ansteuern k nnen.
F r diese Vernetzung von Produkten mit Maschinen und von Maschinen mit Maschinen m ssen zwei Disziplinen zueinander finden, die bislang nicht viel miteinander zu tun hatten: Maschinenbau und IT.
Verf gbarkeit der Produktionsmaschinen und integrierte Qualit tssicherung
Grundvoraussetzung f r eine vernetzte, intelligente Produktion ist vor allem die 100%ig planbare Verf gbarkeit von Produktionsmaschinen. Eine selbstorganisierte Produktion erfordert auch ganz neue Ans tze in der Qualit tssicherung. Ungeplante Stillst nde und fehlerhafte Teile f hren in einer automatisierten, vernetzten Fertigung schnell zu Chaos. Die berwachung des Maschinenzustandes und die berwachung der verschiedenen Fertigungsprozesse z hlen daher mit zu den gro en Aufgaben des Maschinenbaus auf dem Weg zu Industrie 4.0.
Zun chst werden Maschinen und Produkte mittels Sensoren, Daten und Software besser in der Lage sein, ihren Zustand und damit den Wartungsbedarf selbst zu diagnostizieren. Theoretisch k nnen so Maschinenauslastung, Prozessgenauigkeit und Verf gbarkeit besser ausbalanciert und gesteigert werden. Voraussetzung hierf r ist jedoch, dass die gewonnenen Daten zu Informationen und konkreten Ma nahmen verarbeitet werden k nnen. Dies bedingt wiederum, dass das Verhalten von Fertigungsprozessen, von Maschinen und von Produkten, qualitativ und quantitativ vorhergesagt werden kann. Wie kann das funktionieren?
Sensortechnologien f r Industrie 4.0
Mit einer neuen Sensortechnologie von Schaeffler k nnen die Materialspannungen in Antriebswellen unmittelbar gemessen und in ein pr zises Drehmomentsignal umgerechnet werden. Warum ist das von gro er Bedeutung f r Industrie 4.0? Drehmomente werden in vielen Maschinen von der Steuerung als Sollwert dem Motor rechnerisch und elektrisch vorgegeben. Drehmomentsensoren sind pr ziser und k nnen genau dort platziert werden, wo auch ein bestimmtes Drehmoment gemessen werden und anliegen soll. Temperatureinfl sse in Hydrauliken oder Reibung in zwischengeschalteten Getrieben spielen dann keine Rolle mehr. Erste Anwendungen der Drehmomentsensortechnologie finden sich bereits in der Landtechnik.
Die Sensoren erlauben zus tzlich zum Drehmoment die Messung der Drehzahl und somit die Berechnung der bertragenen Leistung. Drehmoment, Drehzahl und Leistung sind permanent berwachbar. Aus diesen Daten sind die Belastungshistorie der Lagerungen und des gesamten Antriebsstranges ermittelbar und erlauben weitere Aussagen z. B. ber die Restlebensdauer.
Condition Monitoring als Voraussetzung f r vorausschauende Instandhaltung
Schaeffler bietet mit dem FAG SmartCheck ein Online-System, das unter Ber cksichtigung von Zusatzparametern, wie beispielsweise dem Drehmoment, umfassende Aussagen zum Zustand der Maschinenkomponenten liefert. Das Ger t ist in die Maschinensteuerung und damit in die berwachung des Prozesses integriert.
Der FAG Wear Debris Check berwacht den Anstieg von Partikeln oder Verunreinigungen in lkreisl ufen z. B. von Industriegetrieben und bewertet diese nach Material und Gr e. Auch diese Sensorik ist leicht in berwachungs- und Steuerungssysteme integrierbar. In Kombination mit der Schwingungsanalyse ist sogar eine genaue Bestimmung der fehlerhaften Bauteile innerhalb des Getriebes m glich. Die Abfrage der Lieferzeiten, Bestellung der Ersatzteile und die Erstellung der Reparaturpl ne k nnen so automatisiert werden.
Gro e Chancen mit neuen Gesch ftsmodell-Innovationen
Der n chste Schritt wird sein, mittels Condition Monitoring und Prozess Monitoring vorhersagen zu k nnen, wann Betriebsstoffe gewechselt oder Reparaturen in welchem Ausma durchgef hrt werden m ssen. Oder wie die Auslastung der Maschine ver ndert werden muss, um mehrere Maschinen einer Fertigungsstra e gleichzeitig warten zu k nnen.
Eine wichtige Neuerung von Industrie 4.0 werden Gesch ftsmodell-Innovationen sein, da die enge Vernetzung den Informationsaustausch zwischen Produzenten, Maschinenherstellern, Betreibern und Instandhaltern zwingend bedingt. Der Informationsaustausch k nnte dazu f hren, dass der W lzlagerhersteller dem Anlagenbetreiber nicht mehr allein Lagerl sungen anbieten kann, sondern auch berwachung, Diagnose und Service.
Das ist allerdings nur dann ein Modell, wenn die eingesetzten Maschinen und Maschinenkomponent
