Die Antwoord are a controversial band, however their music hits the right chord with thousands of supporters and fans.

Despite controversies, the band released new material in 2023, and toured at the beginning of 2024. Producer Lil2Hood joined the band's tour, and might join for their December United States dates too.
Die Antwoord is Dead kick-started their resurrection, leading them to release Reanimated.

Its original video features Waddy Jones dressed as a rabid pitbull terrier. It could have been from a horror movie; however, it's just Die Antwoord making a music video.
It has been remade as trap, a house music subgenre.
