Proce Solution Award 06: arvato Systems wins with an innovative foundation project

arvato Systems won the Process Solution Award 2016 in the BPM Suites/Human Workflow category

The winners were selected during the Process Solutions Day on April 26, 2016 in Cologne.

The Gesellschaft f r Organisation (gfo) honors innovative and valuable business process management projects (BPM). During the event, which took place from April 26 to 27, 2016 in Cologne, the most highly rated projects were chosen in the categories "Process Modeling , "BPM-Suites/Human Workflow" and "Process-oriented Solutions". arvato Systems impressed the judges in the "BPM-Suites/Human Workflow" category with its "JHS Accelerate" project for the Joachim Herz Foundation.

For the Joachim Herz Foundation, arvato Systems implemented a project, process and document management system that allows internal core processes to be standardized and clearly depicted. To this end, the G tersloh-based IT systems integrator developed a homogeneous and flexible IT solution. This provides more transparency and process efficiency in information management, with features such as a centralized task management system and a clear collaboration platform for operational project work. Further advantages of the new solution include higher data quality, as a result of contact data being stored centrally in the CRM system, traceable email communication in the CRM and a SharePoint search for quick retrieval of documents.

Henner Struthoff, Head of the Department for CapitalI nvestment/IT/Organization at the Joachim Herz Foundation, says the following about the success of the project: "Growth, requirements for transparent core processes and changes in the IT environment made the JHS Accelerate necessary.
