The general manager of the company Cen Guojian said the profits of the first 8 months in this yeargrew by over 20% from the last year.

Intelligent manufacturing brings a change in quality to the enterprises and overall economic development in Cixi.Enterprises above the designated size have achieved a total industrial output value of 144.371 billion yuan up to August this year, with an increase of 8.5% from last year, among which new products take up 47.8% with an output value of 6.9 billion and an increase of 11.5%; and realized a profit of 9.218 billion yuan, with an increase of 11.5% from last year.

Promote the Upgrading of Industrial Economy

Cixi advocates vigorously the independent innovation on core technology to achieve breakthroughs in Internet development and facilitate the overall industrial economy.

This year, the action plan for Promoting the Construction of Strong Internet Industrial City in 2016 to 2018 was put forward for Cixi. The deep integration between the Internet, Big Data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things and Three Leveled Industries will become the new driving force behind the industrial transformation and upgrading inCixi, advancing innovation in areas such as the business model and supply chain. According to the plan, Cixi will transform over 200 automatic production lines and build more than 10 digital manufacturing workshop and at least two intelligent factories. The citywide labor productivity in industrial enterprises above the designated size is expected to reach 125,600 yuan. Intelligent equipment, household appliances and the information industry are the main focus in building a strong Internet industrial city and intelligent manufacturing base.
