Beginning with Saturday's Australian Grand Prix, Apple TV takes over as exclusive U.S. home of Formula 1 and will, for the first time, livestream all races in 4K with Dolby Vision.

What To Expect: Driver Tracker, On-Board Cameras, Podium Feeds, Sky Sports
Besides races, all practice, qualifying, and Sprint sessions will be available to stream live and on demand on Apple TV. Coverage of every Grand Prix will be in 5.1 surround sound and feature English and Spanish commentary.
Apple TV users will also have access to up to 30 additional live feeds across all sessions, including Driver Tracker for a bird's-eye view of the race and real-time telemetry and timing. A mixed onboard feed that automatically switches between onboard cameras as the race unfolds will also be available, along with podium feeds that dynamically follow the drivers running in P1, P2, and P3 throughout.
Viewers can follow every moment of the race with a multiview experience, watching up to four live feeds at once. They can easily get started with a one-tap, preconfigured multiview layout for every team or, for even more personalization, can customize it and choose which feeds they'd like to follow.

Fans can also catch up anytime with full replays, highlights, and the Race in 30 streaming service - all spoiler-free.
F1 TV Premium, Formula 1's direct-to-consumer offering, remains available in the U.S. exclusively through Apple TV and is included at no additional cost for subscribers. Apple TV, iPad, and iPhone subscribers can also access Formula 2, Formula 3, F1 ACADEMY, and Porsche Supercup events via the F1 TV app through their Apple TV subscription.
For the first time, Formula 1: Drive To Survive will be available to stream on both Netflix and Apple TV. Released just last week ahead of the 2026 F1 season, the latest chapter provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the 2025 campaign. Additionally, the Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada 2026, beginning May 22, will stream on Apple TV and Netflix in the U.S.

Apple Maps is adding custom Grand Prix circuit details - turn numbers, grandstands, 3D landmarks, in-person navigation tools - to selected races this year, starting with the Australian Grand Prix, along with a full 2026 Tracks Around the World Guide and a Melbourne Hyperlocal city guide.
Starting with the Australian Grand Prix, Apple Music will offer free live audio race broadcasts for U.S. fans alongside curated F1 music destinations, including The Sounds of Formula 1 and the Formula 1: Sounds of the Circuit playlist.

For the first time ever, Apple is working with free streaming service Tubi to offer its audience exclusive live F1 altcasts for multiple races during the 2026 Formula 1 season. They will be available in the U.S. for free and across every device. The altcasts will feature experts on the sport providing sharp race insight paired with entertaining commentary. The supported races with live F1 altcasts will be announced later.
Apple will expand access to live Formula 1 coverage through a new streaming collaboration with Yahoo Sports. Live practice sessions and qualifying sessions will stream in the U.S. across the Yahoo Sports platform.
