FOR-A to Showcase Full Range of Innovative Video Production Solutions at Japan s Inter BEE Show November 2, 2017

Tokyo, Japan, November 2, 2017 FOR-A will showcase a wide variety of video and audio production solutions, with a focus on the cutting edge technological frameworks of resolution, transmission, dynamic-range/color-gamut, and codecs, at the upcoming Inter BEE 2017. Taking place November 15-17 in Makuhari, Japan, Inter BEE is the largest tradeshow of broad media and entertainment in the country. FOR-A will exhibit at the show in Hall 4, Booth #4311.

The FOR-A booth will feature four different areas. In the advanced technology and line system applications section, FOR-A will introduce products based on cutting edge technological frameworks, mainly broadcasting routing and transmission systems. The company will also demonstrate its commitment to developing innovative SDI and IP interface products in this area. Products to be showcased in this section include the MBP-1000VS-12G multi channel video server, which supports 12G-SDI and 4K ingest and playout. The solution supports recording of up to four lines, and users can freely assign channels for recording and playout. FOR-A will also show the MBP-1000VS-IP solution, which is a 10Gbps supported video-over-IP product that is offered in two models: XAVC 4K and MPEG2 HD supporting models. Other units displayed in this booth area will include the IP gateway USF-10IP series, VWS-1000-IP character generator, ESG-4110 4K test signal generator, and a prototype of the new MFR-6000 routing switcher.

In the studio and news applications booth area, FOR-A will emphasize solutions for news production including video switchers, routing switchers, multi viewers and processors, as well as its innovative solutions in 4K, HDR and Wide Color Gamut (WCG) technologies. Product highlights will include the new HVS-6000 12G-SDI and 4K supported video switcher and FA-9600 multi purpose signal processor, which supports 4K, 12G-SDI, HDR and WCG. Making video conversion of all kinds a simple, reliable process, the FA-9600 is ideal for use in mixed HDR/SDR environments, including production studios, live staging productions and mobile OB and up-link production trucks. Other news application area highlights include the MXR-400 ingest encoder for 4K/HD file-based production, MV-4320 12G-SDI supported multi viewer, LMCC-8000 8K/4K linear matrix color converter, and ESG-4100 12G-SDI supported 4K test signal generator.

The third FOR-A booth area at Inter BEE is the events and sports application area, where the FT-ONE-LS full 4K variable frame rate camera, ZE-ONE 4K zoom extractor, RFC-ONE real-time flash corrector, and FC-ONE flicker corrector will be shown. Other camera technologies to be highlighted include the compact, lightweight VFC-7000A variable frame rate camera and FLOVEL HBC-3600 ultra high-sensitivity camera. Recently introduced solutions that are ideal for sports production, including the FVW-700-4K 4K/HD telestrator and InSync MCC-4K motion compensated converter, will also be demoed in the booth. As a Dejero distributor in Japan, FOR-A will also showcase Dejero EnGo and Dejero Broadcast Server solutions in this area.

FOR-A s graphics applications area will focus on CG solutions, virtual studios, and file-based product solutions - all of which support HDR and WCG advanced technologies. The VWS-4K and EzV-300 character generators, MBP-200TB2 CG Player with Thunderbolt 2 interface, and ACK-3000 advanced 3D chroma keyer will all be shown. FOR-A will also display the Mo-Sys StarTracker real-time camera tracking system, Brainstorm Infinity Set advanced virtual system, and VRCAM-NX sensor-less virtual studio system which enables one-man operation of virtual studios.
