Mzansi Magic's telenovela The Queen keeps disappointing its viewers with repeated storylines every season. Viewers of the popular show are criticising writers for recreating season three's love story between Thando and Shaka with the current love story between Thando and Bhambatha.

Mzansi Magic's telenovela The Queen keeps disappointing its viewers with repeated storylines every season. Viewers of the popular show are criticising writers for recreating season three's love story between Thando and Shaka with the current love story between Thando and Bhambatha'.

THE KHOZAS VERSUS SEBATAS The Queen has become predictable with its drug dealing storylines and the Khozas, Mabuzas and Sebatas romantic storylines..

--

The current storyline between Bhambatha and Thando (Jessica Nkozi) is a replica of Thando and Shaka's (SK Khoza) relationship and Olerato and Khumo.

The Khozas and Sebatas are at war and their children Bhambatha and Thando have fallen in love and almost got married when they realised who they are this season.

The same thing happened between Olerato and Khumo - who fell in love in the previous season and were forced to break up when they found out their families are enemies.

THE KHOZAS AND THE MABUZAS The repeated romantic storylines first caught the viewer's eyes' attention in season two when Goodness Mabuza (Zenande Mfenyane) had a fling with Shaka Khoza and then married his half-brother Kagiso Khoza in season four.

Then Shaka dated and married Mabatho Mabuza who was Goodness' cousin and moved to Limpopo with their son when she learned that he killed her mother.

THE QUEEN VIEWERS REACT TO THE CURRENT STORYLINE @ndailenoshisho:

Wait, Hector is angry at Thando for being in a relationship with the Khoza's son while he had married a Khoza? Balance me real quick!

@itstobysaano:

I swear this soapie is based on Corner House, Coke, and rival families fighting each other for dating each other, I bet one of Brutus' sons will die this season like how Mpho did, and Kea. then the cycle continues

@Ntsika_Nonqane:

The Thando and Bhambatha relationship doesn't make sense to me for some reason

@LoP24192378:

It doesn't have that thing, no chemistry nothing, they just rushed it

@ndailenoshisho:

After what happened to Olerato and Khumo's relationship, I don't care about the pain Thando is going through. She deserves to be hurt too

Ahh I am actually tired of the same old same old ..same story line always!#TheQueenMzansi

Our writers are not creative.

The writers really destroyed this soap. How does Brutus and Son enter the gate pass security and point guns in Harriet s house #TheQueenMzansi

Da Clem (@DaClem1) May 9, 2022

But Thando is unfair. She is the one who was lying to Bhambatha the whole time. Bhambatha didn t use her. This gender always shifting the blame #TheQueenMzansi

So none of Brutas sons have seen the girl that was engaged to Shaka? Not even one of them knows Thando? #TheQueenMzansi pic.twitter.com/Ztqs975y4R
