Digital Alert Systems, a global leader in emergency communications solutions for media providers, today announced the promotion of Adam Jones to the position of senior account manager, effective July 1. In his new role, Jones will serve as the primary contact for all dealers and systems integrators that the company works with, while also managing several key customer accounts.

Having previously served as senior sales engineer, Jones brings a wealth of industry knowledge and customer relationship experience to his new position. He will continue to be based in Daleville, Indiana, and report to Bill Robertson, vice president of business development.

Adam has consistently grown his skills and knowledge regarding the product and customers during his tenure at Digital Alert Systems and has proven his capabilities in working with challenging assignments. Jones joined Digital Alert Systems in 2020 after serving as EAS product-line manager for Viavi Solutions, a global test and measurement systems provider. Since joining the company, Jones has played a pivotal role in assessing both customer and internal needs as well as troubleshooting complex issues. His advocacy for customer needs has helped shape the company's software and firmware development roadmap, particularly through his work evaluating and championing non-feature requests.
