Marquis to Show Latest Workflow Solutions at CCW

Marquis Broadcast, experts in content workflows and media integration software, specialise in moving media! The Company has today announced it is to exhibit at CCW in New York 11-12 November for the first time this year. Project Parking Version 4 - Marquis popular archive and retrieve solution, which has now been developed to become a complete Avid storage management solution will be on show on booth 1013. In addition, Edit Bridge - Marquis new integration for Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Avid Interplay, which makes it possible to edit Interplay content directly in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, will also be demonstrated at CCW. Edit Bridge was recently awarded the IABM s Design & Innovation Award in the Post Production category at the prestigious IABM awards ceremony at IBC.

Our Parking solutions have proved popular with broadcasters and post houses across the world to manage Avid projects, continues Faulkner. Our original solution identified how space was used, removed unused and duplicate media, archived projects and moved projects with media to other storage or systems. Projects could also be merged from other systems without media duplication. The enhanced Project Parking Version 4 on show in November now does this and more! It has become a complete Avid storage management solution, monitoring how media storage is used, regularly reporting on usage, showing usage over time, plus archiving projects and executing analysis in the background. Facilities can have total control to manage their edit storage.

Also on show will be Edit Bridge, Marquis new integration for Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Avid Interplay, confirms Faulkner. Users can search Avid Interplay from within the Premiere Pro or After Effects interface, view thumbnails, find media and select for editing. Content in the correct codec is then streamed direct to Premiere Pro or After Effects for immediate editing, while other content is copied and re-wrapped. Delivery of the completed story and associated metadata back to Avid ISIS is achieved with Interplay Check In. The product gives Adobe users the power to browse, move and therefore edit content more easily.

Marquis will also be exhibiting at SATIS in Paris (17-19 November) and InterBee in Tokyo (18-20 November).
