Unveiled at NAB 2017, Mira Express is the ultimate solution for taking your fast-paced sport productions to a new level with awesome replay capability.
For most sport productions, a replay system is essential. Unfortunately, choosing a replay system routinely demands a trade-off: Top-tier replay systems are generally too expensive for many production companies; while budget replay systems are oftentimes unreliable or operationally incompetent. In contrast to conventional replay offerings, Mira Express exists within a class of its own. This is a system that achieves the perfect harmony of superb feature set and incredible value.
Mira Express is a fully-featured replay server that records video and audio from four cameras onto removable SSD media, with slow motion replay from two PGM channels. Dual plug-and-play SSD drives mean you can readily move clips from show-to-show. All the replay clips and highlights from your show are stored on the Event drive, while the Clips drive handles all your evergreen pre-packaged footage that is used in every production.
Simplicity is essential, and Mira Express can be easily mastered by any operator - novice or veteran. The Mira Control Surface and the Mira Replay user interface makes it simple to quickly create and save clips, search the clip library, manage highlights playlists, and present live replays to air. In most cases, Mira Express operators can be trained and ready to work in a matter of just a few hours.
