What Is FoMa Antares?FoMa Antares is an advanced stabilized remote head that allows operators to remotely control and stabilize professional camera systems across pan, tilt, roll, and FIZ (Focus, Iris, Zoom). It is compatible with a wide range of mounting solutions, including cranes, dollies, tracking vehicles, cable cams, and robotic arms.

The result: smooth, controlled, cinematic motion, even under extreme conditions where conventional camera systems reach their limits.

Its rigid, symmetrical design delivers maximum stability while remaining remarkably compact. Compared to established systems, FoMa Antares is approximately 25% smaller than the ARRI 360 EVO, yet offers equivalent professional performance.

Despite weighing only 13 kg (28.7 lbs), the remote head supports payloads of up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs), making it suitable for fully rigged cinema cameras and broadcast setups alike. This balance of low weight and high payload capacity makes FoMa Antares ideal for productions where speed, safety, and precision matter.
