Zithulele and Zakithi are freaked out by Nozinyo and Zakithi advises Zithulele not to attend Sli's funeral, but Zithuele goes anyway. Shria is isolated from Nirupa, and Mira lets on that she's going after Nirupa next.

Having processed the injustice of Clive's treatment towards them, a tipsy Lindo and Lindiwe decide it's payback time. They invite Clive over to the commune under the pretense of a threesome then knock him out with a hard object on the head.

In spite of maNdlovu's disapproval, Zithulele invites Sibongile to the ground-breaking ceremony. Lindo and Lindiwe record Clive naked and spluttering. He agrees to pay them off. They swear the housemates to secrecy, but Thandeka shares the clip with her friends.

Mzwandile assures Sakhile that Slindile will be avenged. Using the gun, Zithulele threatens Nozinyo and gets the license plate. But Nozinyo is not done yet. Shria attacks Mira and blames her for Nirupa's coma.

Mzwandile breaks things off with Khanyo, telling her that he has business to deal with. Mira comes clean to Shira about her plan and Shira beside herself with fury, meanwhile Nirupa remains in a fragile state.

We finally reveal Nkululeko has a video from the night of the accident. Makhosazana gets up to make coffee. Makhosazana discovers the recording. Shria tries to kick Mira out but Mira doesn't want to leave before her mother wakes up.

Nomusa begs Sizakele not to tell HR about her falsified qualification, but Sizakele tells anyway and Nomusa loses out on the job. A plastic bag containing a toy oil truck is what leads Phunyuka to the suspicion that Zithulele is Slindile's killer.

Episode 1128

Khanyo meets Nozinyo who is wearing Slindile's earring from the pair Khanyo gave her. Mira asks Shria not to play the recording where she admits that she drugged Nirupa. Thu tries to comfort Nomusa but she's not interested. A clairvoyant sees the burden Nomusa carries.

Nomusa seeks a consultation with Mpangele who advises she can achieve her goals by stealing the power of her ancestor from all other descendants of that ancestor for herself. Mzwandile pays Nozinyo a visit and sees she is wearing Slindile's earring.

Episode 1131

Makhosazana visits Mzwandile and leaves him an envelope with cash, and the recording of Zithulele moving his niece's body. Thu Sheleni presumes Nomusa won't go through with Mpangele's ritual, but is stunned when she says she wants him to do it with her.

Episode 1132

Makhosazana offers to help Mzwandile get revenge on Zithulele. After hearing Zithulele will be at the harbour for dinner, she passes the information to Mzwandile and he gets ready to kill.

What was intended to be romantic dinner turns into a night of surprise when Sibongile reveals to Zithulele that she's pregnant with his child. Mpangele takes Nomusa and Thu through two phases into order to successfully complete the ukutwebula ritual. Mzwandile and Zithulele grapple.

Nirupa has to step in and save the day with Shria's disastrous cooking foray. Phakade reveals what has happened from Khanyo who then finds Mzwandile injured.

Episode 1135

The Bhengu's decide to take matters in their own hands when Mzwandile is missing. Khanyo finds Mzwandile injured and tends to his wound the best she can. She assures him that she had no idea what had happened and confesses to him that she loves him.

Poppie is the only one that picks up an unfamiliar smell in the house, it's so strong, she vomits. Buhle wants to sell Emsamo to Thu Sheleni. Nirupa is thrilled to have a new project while Shria feels like a fake. Zeldah rejects two recipes, tells Shria to come out with different ones.

Shria encourages Thando to cook another delicious meal with the intention of her stealing more of her recipes. While the family deliberates on how to prevent a war, Sibongile returns later in the evening distraught, and informs maZulu and Zakithi that Zithulele has handed himself in to the police.

Nkululeko confronts Makhosazana for sending the incriminating video to Mzwandile. Thu has a terrible dream. Poppy senses there is black magic in their house, and Thu, suspecting he's facing the wrath of Nomusa's ancestor, including Nomusa in his deal to buy Emsamo.
