Building a more sustainable future - Our commitment to climate action

As part of this commitment, weve joined the SME Climate Hub, publicly pledging to:

measure our greenhouse gas emissions

reduce them in line with a net zero pathway, and

offset residual emissions while continuing to reduce our overall footprint.

Our emissions are measured in accordance with the internationally recognised Greenhouse Gas Protocol, covering our direct operations and key indirect emissions. This gives us a clear understanding of where our emissions arise and where we can make the greatest impact.

By joining the SME Climate Hub, were also aligning with the United Nations Race to Zero campaign, reinforcing our commitment to achieving net zero through credible, evidence-based action.

Our progress to date We've now completed five consecutive years of greenhouse gas reporting, providing a robust evidence base against which we measure and improve our environmental performance.

Since establishing our emissions baseline in 2021, we have reduced our organisational greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 27%, from 41.5 tonnes CO e to 30.46 tonnes CO e.

While our total emissions have remained broadly stable over the past year, our direct operational emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) have reduced significantly, demonstrating continued progress towards our long-term Net Zero ambitions.

Our sustainability programme focuses on practical actions that deliver measurable results. These include:

operating from a single, more energy-efficient office

supporting hybrid working to reduce commuting and operational emissions

improving the energy efficiency of our workplace

supporting verified carbon mitigation projects for residual emissions

providing annual Carbon Awareness training for colleagues, and

measuring and reviewing our greenhouse gas emissions every year to identify further opportunities for improvement

Accountability Being true to our core values, we believe environmental progress should be measurable, transparent and independently verified.

Our greenhouse gas emissions are independently assured by Climate Wise, providing confidence in the accuracy and completeness of our reporting.

By publishing our progress each year, we aim to demonstrate accountability to our employees, clients and stakeholders while continually identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental impact.
