A tough case to crack

Kupo is introducing its new hard case range to Europe via its distributor, Ianiro International. Aggressively priced, the Croxs series is a no compromise solution, designed and manufactured to deliver total protection in all weather conditions and over any terrain.

The list of features is long: anti-static materials protect electronics, while reinforced corners provide maximum strength. An anti-rust, corrosion free and dust-proof polypropylene shell guarantee durability; locking latches ensures Croxs stays shut, with rubber o-rings preventing water ingress.

An air pressure regulator automatically adjusts the inner box pressure for in-flight protection while the haulage handle has been enhanced to cope with even the heaviest loads. Selected models meet FAA regulations carry-on luggage; cases stowed in the hold can be easily recognised thanks to the name plate holder on top of the case.

"These cases are ideal for broadcast and film crews, continues Allen-Miles. "The attention to detail is outstanding: for example, theyve virtually eliminated noise from casters, so users can move unobtrusively from location to location. Egg-crate and foam comes as standard allowing users to customize padding to fit their particular needs."

Croxs is now available from resellers. At launch six models are available, from the 80cm-long CX7326 to the diminutive CX1807 which is a mere 9 cm deep.
