Blackmagic Design ha anunciado la inmediata disponibilidad de la actualizaci n 6 de sus mezcladores ATEM que incorporan soporte para control de c maras desde el propio mezclador a trav s de la fuente de programa de la c mara.
Hasta ahora, los broadcasters deb an llevar a cabo importantes inversiones para garantizar un control de c maras externo, mientras que ahora con el nuevo software ATEM Camera Control ser posible controlar las c maras desde el propio mezclador mediante un protocolo que se env a a la c mara mediante la v a de retorno de la se al de programa.
ATEM Camera Control es compatible con la nueva Blackmagic Studio Camera con software v1.8.2 o posterior. Tanto la Blackmagic Studio Camera HD como la Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K, ambas con retorno de se al sobre fibra y SDI, podr n ahora controlarse desde el propio mezclador.
Como podremos comprobar en IBC, la Blackmagic Studio Camera podr controlarse como si fuera una CCU habitual, permitiendo numerosas posibilidades creativas gracias a su integraci n con el corrector de colores primarios DaVinci Resolve que permite una gradaci n similar al estilo YRGB que encontramos en el popular corrector.
Esto significa que el realizador o ayudante de realizaci n podr n controlar todas las c maras no solo en lo que refiere a foco o iris sino tambi n a par metros de lift, gamma y ganancia en un espacio de color full YRGB. De esta forma, cualquier colorista familiarizado con la gradaci n de color de DaVinci Resolve podr aplicar sus t cnicas creativas a producciones en directo.
El estilizado panel de control que ofrece el ATEM Software Control permite una operativa normal como si fuera un mezclador al uso, pero tambi n es posible seleccionar una c mara y acceder a sus par metros de control.
Entre otras funciones, incorpora una CCU t pica con un control sencillo de nivel de negros, iris y foco en la c mara. Cuando la c mara est bajo control, la c mara ofrece autom ticamente salida utilizando uno de los switchers auxiliares. Adem s, el usuario puede utilizar la salida auxiliar para una monitorizaci n local.
Cuando se desee contar con looks m s refinados y creativos, el usuario puede pulsar un bot n y el interfaz de estilo t pico de CCU se expandir a una interfaz de corrector de color primario con todas las funciones, que permitir la graduaci n del color utilizando una interfaz muy familiar para cualquier colorista de Resolve DaVinci. Con el corrector de color integrada en la c mara, los clientes obtienen un mayor control creativo, porque el corrector de color consigue la profundidad de bits completo y espacio de color directamente desde el sensor de la c mara.
