Season 1 finale!
Thandiswa learns that Mthetho and Caesar were also involved in her sister's murder, and she stabs Mthetho to death before walking down the aisle to marry Caesar.
Season 1 of Smoke & Mirrors ends on Friday 12 April and Season 2 starts the Monday after.

Caesar almost finds Thandiswa with the bloody wedding dress. Caesar regrets the bad start to their marriage and Thandiswa tells Caesar that Dikeledi is missing. Sonto is pleased when Tiny moves out.

Thandiswa panics when she learns of possible evidence in Mthetho's office. Mlamuli discovers Mthetho's flip board connecting the victims to her.

Mlamuli is shocked when evidence from Mthetho's office goes missing. When Jaxon presses him, Caesar questions Thandiswa's role in Mthetho's death. Virginia learns Sonto and Sakhile slept together.

Caesar's dark suspicions unravels as he demands the truth from Thandiswa. Meanwhile, Thandiswa's world crumbles as she desperately seeks answers from Dikeledi's disappearance.

Caesar continues to ask questions about Thandiswa. Mlamuli is trying to trace the calls made from Dikeledi's phone, but he doesn't hold out much hope.

Thandiswa's guilty conscience gets to her, and she burns the bloodied wedding dress. Caesar comes looking for Thandiswa at Nomeva's and promises to be there for Leroy.

Thandiswa has to make an impossible choice between Caesar and her sister that will change the course of her life. Lulu is shocked when General reveals he left his wife for her.

When Thandiswa tells him that Virginia rejected their offer, Caesar agrees to double what he's willing to pay for the house. Fanyana feels embarrassed about his sexual mishap and seeks advice from Mandla.

Caesar reluctantly agrees to Virginia's counteroffer, and Leroy confronts and invites Siphokazi for a candid conversation about her intentions in Emnyameni.
