The 2025 SVG Summit is less than two weeks away and the day one sessions, set for Dec. 15 at the New York Hilton Hotel, will feature some of the greatest minds and memorable brands in the sports world. Among the highlights? A brand new AI Production Tools Workshop dedicated to looking at how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the way sports content is produced, edited, and distributed.
This conference will explore how AI-powered tools are transforming the production pipeline-from virtual camera operations and real-time graphics to automated highlights, content tagging, and localization. Industry leaders, technologists, and content creators will share real-world applications, discuss the balance between automation and human creativity, and examine the operational implications of deploying AI across both live and non-live workflows. Multi-Camera Video Replay is becoming commonplace for sports video. By integrating with PTZ robotic cameras, see how the West Chester University athletic department can now reframe and reposition angles remotely and start recording, streaming or reviewing plays instantly. The PTZOptics camera feeds are also used with Sky Coach to deliver side-line video replay for coaches and referees. This case study will focus on a recent volleyball match where the flexibility of this solution proved its worth when officials overturned a critical call in real time.
