ProSiebenSat.1 and Constantin Film Renew Licensing Agreement

Munich, April 3, 2017. ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and Constantin Film are renewing their existing licensing deal and thus continuing their long-standing, successful collaboration. The exploitation rights cover all national and international in-house and co-productions of Constantin Film that will start shooting in 2017 and 2018. Numerous top films from the German production company will therefore continue to be broadcast on ProSiebenSat.1 stations in the years to come.

The upcoming highlights include the third and final part of the Fack Ju Goehte series: After the first two films, which delighted a total of around 15.1 million moviegoers and count among the most successful German films of all time, director and screenwriter Bora Dagtekin and his team will conclude the trilogy this year. The first part of the cult series already had its free TV premiere on ProSieben in October 2016, achieving a record market share of around 32 % among 14- to 49-year-old viewers.
