El periodista Santiago Gonz lez ser el nuevo director general de Antena 3 Noticias, en dependencia de Silvio Gonz lez, Consejero Delegado de Atresmedia.
Gonz lez (La Orotava, Tenerife) es licenciado en Ciencias de la Informaci n por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y cuenta con una dilatada trayectoria profesional en los mbitos de la gesti n y el periodismo. Hasta la fecha, era responsable del rea de Televisi n del Grupo Secuoya, a trav s de su consultora Salex. Anteriormente fue director de Contenidos de Secuoya.
Entre 2010 y 2012 fue director de Televisi n Espa ola. Previamente, hab a dirigido Radio Nacional de Espa a. Poco antes de convertirse en el Presidente de FORTA m s joven de Espa a, cuando ostent la Direcci n General de Radiotelevisi n Auton mica de Canarias, fund los servicios informativos de este canal auton mico del que lleg a ser su m ximo responsable convirti ndolos durante a os en referente informativo televisivo de la Comunidad Canaria. Tambi n ha sido redactor en Madrid de cadenas nacionales como COPE, as como redactor de la SER o colaborador durante varios a os de la revista Metr poli de El Mundo.
