Tangram Solutions ha adquirido el primer sistema en Europa Vtrack A-Class de Promise. Este sistema llave en mano de almacenamiento SAN ha sido adquirido a Tangram por parte de Broadcast Rent.
Los dispositivos de almacenamiento para sistemas de archivos compartidos SAN Promise VTrak A-Class son r pidos y f ciles de implantar. A diferencia de otras soluciones caras que requieren interoperabilidad y soporte complejo de m ltiples proveedores, VTrak A-Class proporciona una soluci n con un nico proveedor, f cil de instalar, configurar y administrar.
Una revoluci n en el mbito del almacenamiento
Una soluci n integrada de sistema de archivos SAN llave en mano como VTrak A-Class reduce la complejidad de la configuraci n SAN a una nica unidad. Al no requerir ning n hardware de servidor, VTrak A-Class permite una edici n colaborativa de alto rendimiento desde el primer momento gracias al elevado rendimiento y reducida latencia de VTrakFS.
Esta soluci n permite eliminar el volumen de software necesario para configurar y supervisar una SAN. VTrak A-Class proporciona una sola aplicaci n de gesti n del sistema SAN, los clientes y todas las unidades de almacenamiento de datos con conexi n de Clase A.
La suite de gesti n de Clase A admite funcionalidades incre bles como herramientas avanzadas de creaci n autom tica de sistemas SAN, herramientas de desfragmentaci n on-line, soporte de cuotas de usuario y servicios de directorio como Active Directory, Open Directory y mucho m s.
Expansi n on-line de alta escalabilidad
VTrak A-Class permite la adaptaci n a grandes necesidades de expansi n sin necesidad de que el sistema deje de funcionar. La Clase A soporta procesos de expansi n con unidades VTrak E-Class RAID o de ampliaci n con VTrak J-Class JBODs, lo que permite gestionar en modo Clase A m s de 7 petabytes de datos.
Al ser una soluci n de Clase A integrada y llave en mano, elimina la necesidad de servidores adicionales para administrar su sistema SAN. Al no existir servidores adicionales, el consumo de energ a es menor, se reduce el calor generado y se requiere un n mero inferior de puertos de fibra para su sistema SAN.
La Clase A ofrece un amplio soporte en mbitos heterog neos con un funcionamiento perfecto en entornos Windows, Mac OS X y Linux sin necesidad de recurrir al soporte de terceros. La Clase A tambi n se ha probado para asegurar la compatibilidad con las aplicaciones m s extendidas de edici n, backup y gesti n de activos.
VTrak A-Class fue dise ado para flujos de video de alto rendimiento y para profesionales creativos que necesiten el elevado ancho de banda y una latencia reducida. Los flujos de trabajo de alto rendimiento permiten finalizar proyectos con mayor rapidez, proporcion ndole el tiempo necesario para realizar m s proyectos y obtener mayores ingresos.
