Anugerah Digital Muzik ERA (ERA Digital Music Awards 2018) Kembali Iktiraf Penyanyi Viral di Platform Digital

Anugerah digital muzik ERA (#EDMA2018) yang dianjurkan oleh ERA telah masuk tahun ke-3 memberi pengiktirafan kepada artis-artis tempatan. Selaku jenama radio Melayu No. 1 di Malaysia, ERA percaya anugerah EDMA 2018 dapat mengembangkan bakat dan kerjaya seni suara penyanyi baru serta yang tersedia ada, supaya mereka mendapat peluang untuk mencipta nama dalam industri muzik tanah air.
Peminat setia ERA akan diberi peluang untuk mengundi melalui https://edma.era.je/. Sistem pengundian digital ini mengikut rentak peredaran masa dan bertujuan mendekati peminat-peminat ERA yang ramainya celik teknologi. Fasa pertama untuk mengundi 5 calon terbaik dalam setiap kategori akan bermula dari 31 Disember 2018 sehingga 13 Januari 2019. Manakala, fasa kedua untuk pemilihan juara bagi setiap kategori pula akan dibuka dari 14 sehingga 23 Januari 2019.
EDMA 2018 memperkenalkan 3 kategori baru iaitu Lagu Paling Viral, Penyanyi Paling Lit di Media Sosial dan Video Muzik Paling Lit yang mengiktiraf pencapaian artis-artis viral di media sosial. Kategori-kategori yang terus kekal pula adalah seperti Penyanyi Kolaborasi Terbaik, Temubual Terbaik Carta ERA 40 dan Lagu Paling Lama Dalam Carta ERA 40. Tambahan lagi, satu anugerah kategori penaja iaitu Penyanyi Pilihan DEEJA juga termasuk dalam EDMA 2018.
