LITE introduces the brand new LITE Breakfast with Asha and JD' featuring an energetic and engaging duo: Asha Gill, a new LITE personality and popular local talent, along with the familiar voice of JD, as they bring fans more insightful and interesting discussions about a variety of topics. LITE Breakfast with Asha and JD' will be available from 18 January 2021, Mondays to Fridays, 6am till 10am and can be streamed anywhere on the SYOK app.

Asha Gill, a fond household name to many Malaysians, is known for her versatile career as an award winning TV host, writer, producer, film director, and more for over two decades, and has also embarked on a journey as a life coach in the past 5 years. JD continues to inspire fans through his advocacy for the environment and other current issues. Together, they form the perfect pair bringing fans inspiring and empowering stories along with fan's Relaxing Favourites'.

Did You Know, every Tuesday, where Asha and JD get into discussions with an expert, about a range of topics that people have always wondered about.
