AIR Music Tech release Fabric Vintage Synths Vol.1

Captures a trio of renowned polysynths

The latest software to join AIR Music Tech's extensive catalogue captures the sound of three sought-after polysynths. Vintage Synths Vol.1 brings together recreations of classic Sequential, Roland and Moog designs, pairing their iconic tones with extended polyphony and support for MPE controllers.

Each instrument included in the collection has been built from multi-sampled hardware sources, but while the sound itself focuses on authenticity, AIR have taken the chance to kit the classics out with some more modern functionality. Expanded polyphony, layered oscillators and a deep modulation system go above and beyond what was possible with the original hardware, while additional expressive playing capabilities are provided by full MPE support.

Each of the offerings are powered by the company's Fabric engine, and feature an intuitive GUI that has been designed to help users program complex patches quickly and easily. The interface and architecture remains consistent across the entire collection, meaning that users will be met with the same set of controls when switching between synths.

Compatibility Fabric Vintage Synths Vol.1 is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or above, and Macs running macOS 14 or higher. VST2, VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available. It is also supported on MPC/Force standalone systems running OS version 3.71 and later.

Pricing & Availability Fabric Vintage Synths Vol.1 is available now, and is being offered at an introductory price of $£119 until 10 May 2026, when it will increase to $£299. Prices include VAT.
