Dolby and Cinesa presented the cinema of the future in La Maquinista Cinesa La Maquinista, en Barcelona, primera sala p blica del mundo que cuenta con un proyector digital quad que permite reproducir Dolby 3D en formato 4K y High Frame Rate (HFR) conjuntamente con un sistema de sonido Dolby Atmos.
Dolby Laboratories and cinemas Cinesa han anunciado hoy una colaboraci n que permitir ofrecer al p blico el cine de nueva generaci n en Cinesa La Maquinista de Barcelona.
Cinesa La Maquinista se convierte as en el primer cine p blico del mundo que permite disfrutar de algunas de las tecnolog as de audio e imagen m s avanzadas del cine, como la primera instalaci n comercial de un proyector digital quad que permite reproducir Dolby 3D en formato 4K y High Frame Rate (HFR) conjuntamente con un sistema de sonido Dolby Atmos, en un nuevo auditorio (sala 13) dise ado para ofrecer una experiencia premium a todos los asientos de la sala.
Jos Batlle, consejero delegado de UCI/Cinesa de Europa Continental, ha destacado que gracias a nuestra colaboraci n con Dolby, Cinesa La Maquinista marca un nuevo est ndar en la innovaci n del cine y permite que los cin filos de Barcelona puedan disfrutar de la mejor experiencia cinematogr fica posible. Se ha tenido en cuenta cada detalle en el dise o, desde la distribuci n de los asientos y la ac stica hasta las tecnolog as de cine m s avanzadas de Dolby. Quer amos que nuestros clientes sintieran que ellos tambi n est n dentro de la pel cula, no solo vi ndola .
Los asientos Premium de esta sala se han colocado de manera ptima para ofrecer a los espectadores la mayor comodidad posible y los mejores de ngulos de visi n de la enorme pantalla panor mica de 20 metros de largo. El sistema de sonido Dolby Atmos encaja a la perfecci n con el dise o ac stico del auditorio para proporcionar la mejor experiencia de audio a todos los asientos de la sala. Dolby Atmos libera el potencial del sonido en el arte de narrar historias permitiendo a los directores ubicar o mover f cilmente sonidos espec ficos por cualquier parte de la sala, incluso desde el techo, de forma precisa, lo que realza el realismo y el impacto de cada escena. Dolby Atmos se ha convertido r pidamente en el formato de sonido preferido de directores galardonados, estudios de gran prestigio y exhibidores de todo el mundo.
Cinesa y Dolby han equipado la sala con las ltimas innovaciones en imagen, como la configuraci n de proyectores m s potente que existe en el mercado hoy en d a. El sistema utiliza cuatro proyectores de alto brillo para representar una imagen 3D m s brillante y natural en la gran pantalla. Adem s, este sistema permite reproducir contenido en 4K y HFR. La combinaci n del Dolby 3D de gran brillo con la reproducci n en HFR permite reducir el parpadeo, el desenfoque de movimiento y el movimiento con saltos en la pantalla para poder disfrutar de una imagen mucho m s realista y mejorar m s a n la experiencia de ir al cine.

La sala equipada con Dolby del Cinesa La Maquinista celebrar su gran inauguraci n el viernes 13 de diciembre de 2013 con el estreno de la pel cula de Warner Bros. El hobbit: La desolaci n de Smaug presentada en Dolby Atmos, Dolby 3D y HFR.
