Cartoon Network Scoops Two Awards at Kids BAFTAs -

London: 25 November, 2013: Leading comedy animation, Adventure Time scooped the best international category and UK-produced, The Amazing World of Gumball took home the best writer award at last night's British Academy Children's Awards.

The two awards are the crowning glory in an extremely successful year for Cartoon Network, reinforcing the popularity of its leading comedy line-up and cementing the channels' place as number one Pay TV channel for boys (4-15) in the UK.*

Adventure Time beat off stiff competition in the international category from Disney Junior's, Doc McStuffins, Nickelodeon's, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness and Cartoon Network's very own, Regular Show. The Amazing World of Gumball landed the best writer award for the third year in a row over Nick Junior's Peppa Pig and CBBC shows, Wolfblood and Stepping Up - The Cloudwatch Club.
