Bolivia TV Upgrades Broadcast Network with IDC's TITAN Video Encoders and HMR Receivers 20 Dec 2013

As Latin American broadcasters look toward greater technological capabilities at competitive pricing, International Datacasting (TSX: IDC) is pleased to announce a major contract to upgrade the broadcasting equipment for Bolivia TV. Already a valuable customer for IDC since April 2012, Bolivia TV will enhance its capabilities by deploying 7 high performance TITAN Video Encoders, as well as 11 of the rugged and compact HMR Receivers throughout the central South American country. By bundling more software with hardware at a competitive price, IDC is providing Bolivia TV with both leading-edge technology and strong value for money.

Bolivia TV serves a culturally rich population of nearly 10.5 million residents, who enjoy a wide array of interests including art, cuisine, music and sports. Bolivia TV will leverage IDC's high picture quality to broadcast events nationwide, from the latest soccer match in La Paz to a memorable night with the Bolivian Philharmonic Orchestra from Santa Cruz.
