Cambridgeshire, UK - dB Broadcast, the UK's leading systems integrator, has expanded its commercial team with the appointment of Chris Whelan as Business Development Manager.
Chris has over ten years' experience in Sales Management roles within the broadcast industry, having worked with another UK systems integrator on a worldwide basis. He has supported customers in satellite newsgathering, outside broadcast, blue light', oil & gas and marine sectors.
At dB Broadcast, Chris is responsible for the sale of services, system projects and of dB's products to key accounts and new clients. He will work on broadcasting projects including television and radio studios, outside broadcast vehicles and automated playout systems.
Chris has an HNC in Business Studies and during his career has travelled to countries including Egypt, Denmark, Finland, Indonesia, Jordan and Malaysia. He joins dB Broadcast with immediate effect.
