Change of Management for Bosch Communications Systems

(02/08/2013) On 1 August 2013, there was a change at the top at Bosch Communications Systems. After six and a half years as Managing Director of EVI Audio GmbH and as Vice President Sales Communication EMEA, Robert Hesse is assuming new responsibilities within the Bosch Group. Henceforth, Hesse will be concerned with the Power Tool business in Great Britain and Ireland and moving from Straubing to London.

His position overseeing sales of the brands DYNACORD, Electro-Voice, Telex and RTS is being taken over with effect from 1 August 2013 by Kamil Swobodzinski, who first joined Bosch Communications Systems at the start of 2008. There his title initially was that of Sales Director Telex, but he was swiftly promoted in June 2008 to Sales Director Telex and RTS for the regions Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Since June 2011, Swobodzinski has held the post of Sales Director Europe for the brands DYNACORD, Electro-Voice, Telex and RTS.

Robert Hesse: It's been an enjoyable but also a challenging six and a half years, in which I have come to know an exciting and compelling industry. I would like to thank our employees and sales partners for their outstanding cooperation. Even though I am greatly looking forward to my new tasks, I know too that I will miss all that. Robert Hesse is confident that Kamil Swobodzinski will be able to build on the success of the brands. He is fully familiar with the industry; he has the know-how; and he has the requisite experience. Kamil is the ideal man for the job.
