To assist these enterprises in turning their enthusiasm for mechanization into a tangible fruit, Cixi appointed four companies as the first batch of service corporations for the project of Machine Replace Man , namely, Ningbo HZ Robotec Co., ltd, Ningbo New Concept Robotec Co., ltd, Ningbo EMAX Robotec Co., ltd and Ningbo Changsheng Electronic Tech Co., ltd, which played an exemplary role in addressing the demand for mechanization. This new move not only builds up a cooperation platform for technological exchange, but also deals with difficulties that might be encountered in the project.

These companies are expert in the robotization, which supports other enterprises to give a good performance in the scheme design of intelligent manufacturing, adjustment of technological process, supply of tailored equipment and integration of equipment and smart parts. A responsible person in the Economy and Informationization Bureau said that in the next stage, the priority would be placed on the fostering of a host of applicable project service corporations, which were equipped with favorable capability for integration and after-sales service provision, with the intention to promote the application of industrial robots and optimize the marketization system of the project Machine Replace Man . It is known that as regards the service process, these companies will categorize different companies with different demands for a start, then corresponding experts will conduct assessment and thereby render solution, helping with a systematic implementation and carrying out ensuing tracking.

It is understood that in expanding intelligent manufacturing, the project service companies have obvious advantages. According to the journalists, this type of companies can display significant influences on at least three aspects. First, they are able to converge all the resources in intelligent manufacturing, solving the problems such as the lack of technical talents faced by SMEs and self-employed entrepreneurs, the difficulties in the design of informational project, the choice of intelligent equipment, the development of software, the installment and adjustment of equipment project and the training of skilled personnel as well as breaking the technological barriers of the intelligent manufacturing mode.
